Died: September 6th, 2021 

Heidi and her family lived in Avon Lake, and her two sons went to Avon Lake City Schools. When Heidi failed to appear on a conference call, her employer requested a Wellness check. When the police arrived, they found that Heidi, her two sons and the family dog had been shot to death by Heidi's husband. Her husband was found to have died by suicide.
